Thirteen Things
My favorite heros

1. Roarke
2. Rupert Carsington
3. Davy Dempsey
4. Nathaniel Bonner
5. Christian Jervaulx
6. Mac Nighthorse
7. Jamie Fraser
8. Cameron Quinn
9. Wulfric Bedwyn
10. Christian Montcalm
11. Lord Peter Wimsey
12. Guido Brunetti
13. Dragonstar Sunsoar

Ok, so the last three are not really romantic heroes but I love them anyway.

Sigh. How sad is it that I probably can't remember the name of any hero's in any book...maybe a movie, but even there not sure! :)

Great list, Keziah. Some of them I immediately knew the book/series, but others I had to think about.

Hmm. The Roarke from Shanna?

And Davy Dempsey is one of Jennie Crusie's heroes, but I can't remember which one.

I must sadly say I know not one of them. At least, the bells aren't ringing. :) I'm sure it's a great, sexy, hunky list though.

Ah, Roarke! The ultimate hero.
A few of us in my office have taken a poll to see who could "play" him in the movie. The winner...? Jim Caviezel was the unanimous favorite!

Keziah, great list! I knew about half of them without having to try. It's funny. I've just put a friend of mine who's a Georgette H nut onto Lord Peter Wimsey and she's loving him. Those books are just such classics! Ooh, yummy, Christian Montcalm and Jervaulx! And Rupert Carsington - how gorgeous is he?

I know a couple - Roarke and Jamie Fraser. They're both really high on my hero chart :-)

I think I've only read one - Cameron Quinn. Some of the others I recognise from talk around the loops - Jervaulx and Roarke are on my TBR pile. Must borrow Wimsey from my Mum!

I started reading the first Gabaldon book, but it didn't work for me. (I know, blasphemy, but it's just a matter of personal taste).

Oh, yeah, Deb. Love the list. Mine would have Roarke and Cameron Quinn and Rupert Carsington and the Marquis of Vidal vying for #1. And would also include Wyatt Bloodworth. What a fun thing to think about -- I may just go write my own top 10!
